Sallah Abdulgani Ahmed Al-Hashedi is an Assistant Professor of Microbiology specializing in Food Microbiology, with a PhD and MSc from Sana’a University. His academic and professional career spans food industries, university teaching, research laboratories, and quality management roles in Yemen and Saudi Arabia. His research focuses on food and dairy microbiology, bacteriocins from lactic acid bacteria, natural antimicrobials from plants, microbial food safety, essential oils, and nanoparticle applications. He has led and contributed to multiple research projects, supervised laboratory operations, and published extensively in international journals. His work advances safe, functional, and sustainable food systems through applied microbiological research.

Professor Yu Hu is a distinguished researcher at Hanjiang Normal University, specializing in green chemistry and phytochemistry. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, under the mentorship of Professor Hou Zhenshan in 2010. With over 15 years of academic and research experience, Dr. Hu has made significant contributions to the green synthesis of metal nanoparticles using plant extracts, particularly for water pollution treatment. Her pioneering work on the phytogenic synthesis of iron nanoparticles using pomegranate leaf extract has demonstrated efficient degradation of toxic dyes such as malachite green, offering eco-friendly alternatives to conventional remediation methods.  Dr. Hu has authored a forthcoming book with China Science and Technology Press and holds three published patents with one under process. She has also led funded projects under the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China. Her ongoing research integrates nanomaterials, plant biochemistry, and environmental catalysis to promote sustainable development. Through her innovative contributions and academic excellence, Dr. Yu Hu continues to advance green nanotechnology and environmental protection.

Dr. D. Kirubakaran is Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital, part of Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) (Chennai, India). He earned his B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Botany at Periyar University (Tamil Nadu), completing his doctoral thesis on the green synthesis of nanoparticles from Strobilanthes cordifolia and their biomedical applications. His research spans phytochemistry, nanotechnology (including green synthesis of metallic nanoparticles, nanocomposites, and their characterization by UV–Vis, FTIR, XRD, SEM/TEM, DLS, zeta potential), in-vitro bioassays (antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, anticancer, anticholinergic) and environmental/ toxicological studies (medicinal plant cultivation, biodiversity conservation, larval bioassays, photocatalytic dye degradation). He has been awarded the University Research Fellowship (URF) by Periyar University for 2022-24.  He has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals on topics such as biomedical nanomaterials, cancer biology, environmental nanotoxicology and biomedical sensors. Jemuel S. Doctolero is an academic in aquaculture and aquatic animal nutrition with growing impact. According to the AD Scientific Index, and approximately 30 citations in total.
