He then pursued a BSc in Agriculture at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), graduating in June 2004 with Second Class Upper Division. His thirst for knowledge led him to further studies, earning a PhD in Animal Breeding and Genetics in February 2010. Kwaku also obtained various Postgraduate Certificates in specialized areas, including Molecular Genetics, Animal Breeding, and Poultry Production, attending renowned institutions such as the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and University of Georgia, USA.
