Dr. Xiao Yang is a distinguished researcher at the Institute of Marine Science and Technology, Shandong University, with a focus on geological hazards, urban underground space, land subsidence, and water resource management. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Shandong University under the supervision of Prof. Chao Jia, where he developed expertise in laboratory and in-situ geotechnical characterization. Atikilt Abera Alemayehu is a soil and water conservation researcher at the Amhara Agricultural Research Institute (ARARI), Gondar, Ethiopia, with extensive expertise in watershed management, soil erosion control, hydrological modeling, and sustainable land use practices. He earned his M.Sc. in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering from Hawassa University and his B.Sc. in Natural Resources Management from Bahir Dar University. Dr. Xinguo Chen is an Assistant Researcher at the North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, specializing in agricultural hydrological remote sensing and sustainable water resource management. He earned his Ph.D. in 2021 from Northwest A&F University, where he developed expertise in crop evapotranspiration, drought mechanisms, and climate change impacts on agriculture. Dr. Dnyaneshwar Arjun Madane is an accomplished academic and researcher in Soil and Water Engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. He earned his B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering from CAET, Parbhani, and completed his Ph.D. at DBSKKV, Dapoli  with significant contributions to irrigation research.
