Dr. Siti Hasanah Osman has a strong academic foundation in engineering. She completed her secondary education at SAMTSH, Klang (2001-2007), earning an SPM with notable achievements. She pursued her higher education at Matrikulasi Negeri Sembilan (2008-2010), achieving a CGPA of 3.40. She then obtained her B.Eng. (Hons) in Mineral Resources Engineering from USM, Penang (2010-2014) with a CGPA of 3.15. Her passion for geological and energy sciences led her to pursue an M.Sc. in Geology Engineering at UGM, Yogyakarta (2014-2017), achieving a CGPA of 3.35. Furthering her specialization, she completed a Ph.D. in Fuel Cell Engineering at the Institute Sel Fuel, UKM (2019-2023), where she was honored with the prestigious Anugerah Emas. 💼  Professional Experience

Dr. Osman has accumulated a wealth of professional experience across various roles. Currently, she is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute Fuel Cell, UKM, where she focuses on fuel cell technology and sustainable energy solutions. Her career started as a QC Clerk at Hondtat Industries (2008), followed by roles in human resources at Westport Malaysia (2010) and administration at Etiqa Takaful (2011). She gained research experience as an assistant at USM (2012) and underwent industrial training at Penjom Gold Mines (2013). Dr. Osman also worked as a Software Engineer at Antara Grafik Sdn Bhd (2017) and a part-time teacher at Sekolah Islam Ar Razi (2017). She expanded her expertise as a Customer Service Engineer at Carling Compressor (2018) and later as a Production Engineer at Enviri Industries (2018). Her diverse experience has strengthened her expertise in both academia and industry, particularly in fuel cell development.

Dr. Osman’s excellence in research and academia has been recognized through numerous awards. She received the Anugerah Emas for her Ph.D. research in Fuel Cell Engineering. At the International Research and Innovation Symposium and Exposition (RISE22), she was awarded Best Presenter. Her contribution to the Petroleum Geoscience Convention and Exhibition 2013 earned her the Excellence Student Award. Dr. Osman has also played key roles in international conferences, such as The Symposium on Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Technology (SFCHT2023, SFCHT2021, SFCHT2019), where she was a presenter and timekeeper.
